Once an order has been placed it cannot be CANCELED Under Any Circumstance.

Final Sale Items: Some products may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for exchanges. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing final sale items.

PROCESSING:

Processing times can range from 1-2 days.

SHIPPING:

**After your order has been processed**

-Regular shipping is through USPS Priority which takes 3-5 business days for delivery.

-Next Day Shipping is 1-2 business days

REFUNDS:

No refunds will be issued

EXCHANGES:

We only allow exchanges for an item is defective or damaged upon arrival or the incorrect item was sent to you.

We must be notified within 48hours of delivery
If you receive the incorrect product, we will exchange it for the correct item at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process.
We accept exchanges for unopened and unused products within 48 hours of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and condition for the exchange to be processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

Failure to notify us within 48 hours of delivery or failure to return the item within 5 business days will result in a denial for an exchange.

Products made with metal rhinestones fabric are very fragile so please handle with care.

Please keep in mind you are warned about this before placing an order.
